Join us for AfroMambo! A vibrant fusion dance class that blends the energetic rhythms of West African diasporic dance with the infectious flair of Latin movements.
When: Wednesdays, 9 PM - 10 PM
In this dynamic session, you’ll engage in a combination of stretching and conditioning to enhance your body awareness and flexibility. Experience exhilarating across-the-floor drills and focused body movement training, designed to build strength and fluidity.
As we progress, we’ll culminate the class with a lively choreography that weaves together all the techniques and styles learned throughout the session. Embrace the music, express yourself, and discover the joy of movement in a supportive and uplifting environment.
