Bachata is a social dancing with origins stemming from the Dominican Republic. Originally emphasizing footwork, musicality and connection to music, Bachata is now a worldwide dance with lots of sub genres that people know and love. We focus primarily on Modern Bachata with a heavy serving of both the traditional origins of the dance and contemporary sensual partnering as well.
